There were a number of resources I used to help take my portable night light idea from inception to production.  I wish I would have known about startupnation.com early on. I think it would have saved me some time in finding certain information.  Startupnation.com is a social venue for entrepreneurs and small business owners to discuss all aspects of the startup process.  I recently joined the site to assist with my marketing efforts. I’ve found that the contributors are helpful and you can get many of your questions answered in a timely fashion.
